A day of rest! Sundays are usually those preparation filled, meeting filled, travel filled, people filled, big dinner kind of days. Not the past two...last Sunday we were flying over the Atlantic at the time of Sunday morning meeting. Today we're hanging out with the Secors for the afternoon - no gospel meeting today! It's suprising to consider how to spend today...what did we used to do on those quiet Sunday afternoons? It's fun to remember long walks in the woods, reading the comics, playing instruments, throwing the football, playing with kittens, eating popcorn and tuna melts... Routines are in place before we're aware of them. So, on this out of routine sort of day, the ten year old sitting next to me and I are are going to go jump on the trampoline, fish for minnows and play jenga. She's planning:)
Supper tonight is with a brand new Plant City family. They have 3 children under five.
Kelli joins Ruth tomorrow afternoon. It's been great to have her with us these days. Whoever said three is a crowd must have miscounted.
We're planning on gospel meetings every Sunday in Tampa starting next week. We closed in Brooksville because our contact is now in jail. He came to two meetings...we're glad we tried when did. The New Port Richey meetings are sure to be continued all summer.
